Well, it depends on our current volume. Of course we try to have the best turn around in the industry! But sometimes it takes longer than any of us would like. Standard Grading takes about 7 – 10 business days (yes, we take weekends off just like you!). If it is going to take longer we will let you know when you submit your Cards.

We have a tiered Grading system for cost, but for common, normal valuation Cards it’s $10 per Card plus return shipping costs. And there is a minimum of 10 Cards per submission. We love to give discounts for quantity! We will be implementing a Subscription Service in the near future for large collectors who have constant grading needs. For the rest, we can offer a 15% discount for submissions of 50 Cards or more. Are you smiling yet?

Excellent question! When we receive your Card submission we catalog everything and assign a unique bar code identifier to each Card. They are 100% guaranteed against damage, theft, or Acts of God while in our possession. We then utilize the latest technology in all aspects of our Grading, Authentication, and Encapsulation processes. So you can rest assured that you are receiving the very best Grading in the industry. Once everything is shipped, it will include shipping insurance and signature confirmation so you can rest easy while your collection is in transit.

First, it’s important that you look at our Grading Parameters to understand what adds to and detracts from the value of a Card, and to understand our detailed Authentication and Grading process. You can also request a detailed Grading Report for a Card which shows the exact Grading Parameters at work. This service costs an additional $10 per Card, except for higher valuation Cards which already has the cost of the Grading Report included.

Quite easily actually! You can either use your cell phone camera to scan the QR code on the back of the collector slab, which will pull up the specific web page. Or, you can do a Search here on the website using the Authentication number listed below the Card Grade which will direct you to the specific web page. Keep in mind that Card value is determined by market conditions, and not by us. While each Graded Card is deemed Authentic, and while we hope each Card is a winning lottery ticket for you, real value is determined by standard economics…supply and demand baby!

Once your Cards have been shipped to us and received, we will look over your submission and then send you an invoice that reflects the Services you are requesting. The invoice will include return shipping to you. Once you pay your invoice, then the Authentication and Grading Services will begin. After that process is complete we will package and ship your Cards back to you with a tracking number, insurance, and signature confirmation.

Absolutely! You can remove your Card from the other companies Graded Slab, and then submit it to us for Grading. Or, we will carefully remove the Card from the other companies Slab, and then perform our standard Grading service using our own Grading Parameters with no regard or knowledge of the other companies Grade, or the parameters that they used. Keep in mind that if we remove the Card from the slab, we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by this process. It is unlikely that damage will occur, and we certainly try our best, but at the end of the day we cannot be held liable for Card slab removal!

Yes we do, but at this time only Autographs written on Sports Cards. For Autographed Cards we provide a Grade / Authentication for the actual Autograph AND also for the actual Grade / Condition of the Card, so it is a dual process. So, each Card will have 2 Grades on it…1 for the Autograph and 1 for the Card itself. This is reflected on the final Grading label.

No, unfortunately not all countries. Currently we accept Cards for Grading from the USA, Canada, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. All services must be paid for in US currency.

Yes, currently we only Grade standard sized Sports Cards. All Sports Cards are welcome (Baseball, NHL, NFL, NBA, etc) so long as they are 2.5″ W x 3.5″ H and no thicker than 35 pt standard thickness. We are always expanding our services, but we do NOT currently Grade Bowman large format, Pokemon, Magic, Sidemen, Akora, One Piece, Dragonball, Digimon, Lorcana, or Metal Cards.
